Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 14:00. Early check-in and late check-out are usually possible — we request them with the booking.
Rates
Rates move by season, board basis and market, so we quote per enquiry rather than publish a nightly figure. Net or commissionable, whichever your agency works on.
Who you deal with
One contact in Malé owns the file end to end — the property, the transfers, and anything that moves once your clients land.
Property policies
1.1 The child rate is only applicable when the child is sharing with two (2) full paying adults. Single with two children will be charged as double rate and child rate for 1 (one) child.
1.2 Child rate is applicable from the ages of 3-12years old. Please see Annex 1 for Child supplements based on their age.
1.3 Maximum Occupancy per villa is 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children with only 1 extra bed.
1.4 All bookings that are less than a minimum of 3 nights will be confirmed only subject to availability.
1.5 The checkout time is 12:00hrs noon and check in time is 14:00hrs.
1.6 Day use rooms (up to 18:00hrs) are bookable one (1) day prior to departure and will be subject to availability, at the resort. Day use rooms will be chargeable at half the prevailing daily rate. Guests’ stays after 18:00hrs will be considered as a full night accommodation and charged accordingly.
