VILLA OCCUPANCY RULES:
- Beach Villas & Water Villas - maximum occupancy of 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child
- Senior Water Villas - maximum occupancy of 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLYING TO EXTRA PERSON (CHILDREN AND ADULTS):
- Children up to the age of 16 years old staying in our Water Villas are the full responsibility of the parent or adult they are staying or registered with. The hotel will not accept any form of responsibility or liability in case of injury or accident the child may suffer while staying in these villas.
- Extra person rate (children) rate - (max 1 in Beach villa & Water Villa categories & max 2 in Senior Water Villa) are available only if child shares a double villa with two paying adults.
- Two children aged between 05 and 11 years travelling with two adults must book either two double Beach villas or two double Water villas or 1 Senior Water Villa. The children cannot be booked as one extra person sharing a single Beach villa or Water villa.
- Single adult with one child: Adult pays single villa rate, child as indicated in extra person rate. Applicable in Beach villas, Water villas or Senior Water villas. Only valid for one adult and one child traveling together.
- Single adult with two children: 1 adult + 1 child pays the double room rate. The second child pays the rate as indicated in extra person (children) policy. Applicable in Beach villas, Water villas or Senior Water villas. Only valid for one adult and two children traveling together.
- A maximum of one extra person (Adult) can be accommodated when sharing any Villa category with two paying adults.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered as adults for that purpose. Children aged between 00 - 02 years are considered as babies for that purpose.
