Cocoa Island by COMO is located in the Maldives' South Malé atoll. Diving is some of the best in the world with two private house reefs. Rooms are inspired by local dhoni boats in bleached wood with kajan roofs. They are reached via planked walkways stretching out into the warm lagoon. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are usually possible — we request them with the booking.
Rates
Rates move by season, board basis and market, so we quote per enquiry rather than publish a nightly figure. Net or commissionable, whichever your agency works on.

Property policies
Villa Occupancy Rules:
- Cocoa Island allows a maximum of one extra bed per room in all room types.
- Any request for additional extra beds will be treated on a case by case basis and must be requested directly with the resort.
Children’s Policy:
- Taking into consideration maximum occupancy, children of 12 years and under can stay in their parent’s room free of charge. If sharing a room with their parents the children’s breakfast will be free of charge.
- Taking into consideration maximum occupancy, children of 2 years and under can stay in their parent’s room free of charge and can dine for free (all meals), providing at least one adult is dining.
Check in/out:
- Check in is after 2pm on day of arrival and check-out is by 12 noon on the day of departure.
